Returns
We offer returns tied to major total solar eclipses we sell glasses for. If you place your order before the date of the applicable eclipse, you may request a return through the calendar date of that eclipse (the return window ends on that eclipse date). We usually align this with one primary total solar eclipse per period; upcoming examples include 2026, 2027, and 2028. The eclipse that applies to your order is the one stated in the product, campaign, or checkout messaging at the time of purchase.
Our eclipse glasses are sold in fixed pack sizes only: 6, 12, 25, 50, and 100 units per pack. Returns are accepted only for complete, unopened packs—the same pack size you purchased, with no missing units. We do not accept partial packs or returns where the count does not match the original pack.
We fulfill orders using inventory stored at Amazon fulfillment centers. Your package may ship via Amazon’s fulfillment network even though your purchase is completed on our store. Returns are not sent to our email inbox as a physical address—returns are processed through the approved return instructions we provide after you contact us.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: all glasses must be present, unused, and each unit must remain in its original individual wrapper. Our glasses are individually wrapped with one-way tear packaging that cannot be reclosed or resealed once opened. Opened, torn, or damaged wrappers are not eligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@helioclipse.com. Do not send returns without prior approval. If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions required for inventory received at our fulfillment partner, which may include a return authorization and the designated return address. Return shipping costs and label arrangements will be explained in your return approval. Items sent back without following the approved instructions may be refused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on partial packs, individual units removed from a pack, or any product with opened, torn, or compromised individual wrappers, because the one-way seal cannot be restored and we cannot verify unused condition after opening.
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or special-order products (such as personalized or made-to-order items) and hazardous materials where regulations apply. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before opening the packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless required by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
